José Francisco Sanfilippo was a former Argentine soccer player. In Argentina, he played for the San Lorenzo de Almagro, Boca Juniors and Banfield teams, becoming the tournament's top scorer on four occasions. He is the top scorer in the history of San Lorenzo de Almagro with 207 goals in 265 games. He claims to have scored 440 goals in his career.
