Overview

A critically ill patient was brought to Matsunami General Hospital. The emergency patient was Nanjo Koji, the head of the Nanjo-gumi. Nanjo was targeted by henchmen of the rival Hashiba-gumi, but his life was saved thanks to the attentive care of nurse Tachibana Shiho. During his hospital stay, Nanjo met Shiho and asked her to be his girlfriend. Nanjo and Shiho began living together on the condition that Shiho would continue her nursing job even after marriage, but while Shiho was on duty, she received a phone call informing her of Nanjo's tragic death.
